Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital strategies that drive results for our clients Lead a growing team of SEO specialists, social media executives, and interns Oversee audits, keyword strategies, content planning, and campaign execution Review creatives and content calendars for social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter Work closely with designers, writers, and developers to bring campaigns to life Track performance, analyze reports, and share insights regularly Keep client projects on schedule and aligned with expectations Stay current with the latest tools, updates, and digital trends What we’re looking for At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media, and digital strategy Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and timelines Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics Comfortable working across multiple projects and clients A clear communicator who can bring structure and strategy to a fast-paced team Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (MBA is a bonus) Bonus points if you have Experience with CRM and automation tools like Zoho or HubSpot Worked on WordPress or other CMS platforms A passion for mentoring junior team members and interns What you’ll get A leadership role with room to grow A collaborative team environment The chance to work on diverse, exciting campaigns Competitive pay and performance incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Show more Show less
